When you send us a message you may remain anonymous, if you wish, as we do not require any real info during basic inquiries. That is up to you.

If you are serious about renting from us, then an interview will be setup during viewing, at which point we will need your real information, but it will not be shared with anyone else. We realize that some people move to escape a bad situation and we have respected previous renters in keeping their information private for such purposes.

When you sign the legally binding rental agreement you will need to provide your full name, number and completed, signed document for legal purposes. It is filed, but not shared with anyone else.
