The kitchen & bathroom are the only shared spaces, so you must be respectful of others at all times. There are never more than 2 other people here, so it is NOT crowded! For insurance purposes you must be a non-smoker and have your own personal property coverage. Security/damage deposit is also required. Monthly lease terms.
